Room and Hall Hire Fees

General Hire Fees

  • Rooms 1, 2 & 7 – $30 per hour
  • Rooms 4 & 5 – $25 per hour
  • Rooms 3 & 6 – $20 per hour
  • Small serviced office – $15 per hour (by negotiation)
  • Tea & coffee facilities available for $2 per person

Party/Social Function Hire

  • $40 per hour
  • $240 evening social function
  • Plus $16.50 public liability insurance or $33.00 public liability insurance if alcohol is involved (if applicable)

Conditions

  • NRCHI is an alcohol free venue (exceptions can be made at the discretion of management)
  • No 18th or 21st parties
  • Minimum hire is for 2 hours or 3 hours for social functions (negotiable)
  • Premises must be vacated by 11pm
  • NRCHI Covid Safe Plan must be followed
  • All electrical equipment brought onsite must be test & tagged (AS3760) approved
  • Non-refundable deposit of $40 required at time of booking
  • Minimum 7 days notice required for cancellations and social events

Bond

A $400 bond is required for all after hours and will be refunded on the next business day after the conclusion of the hire period. Any costs arising from breaches to the Room Hire Conditions outlined in the NRCHI Room Hire Policy and Procedures, will be deducted from the bond before it is refunded.
