North Ringwood Community House Inc. has a wide range of rooms from small offices to large meeting rooms. All of our rooms are available for hire and we can accommodate bookings by the hour, day or on a reoccurring basis. Room Hire Fees

Business Hire

$20 per hour (Includes tea & coffee – up to 10 people)
$25 per hour (Includes tea & coffee – up to 20 people)
$30 per hour (Includes tea & coffee – 20+ people)

Party Hire/Social Function

$40 per hour
$240 evening social function (no alcohol)

Plus
$16.50 public liability insurance OR
$33.00 public liability insurance if alcohol is involved
(if applicable)

 

Please note

  • NRCHI is an alcohol free venue (exceptions can be made at the discretion of management)
  • No 18th or 21st parties
  • Minimum hire is for 2 hours (negotiable)
  • Premises must be vacated by 11pm
  • NRCHI Covid Safe Plan must be followed
  • All electrical equipment brought onsite must be test & tagged (AS3760) approved
  • Non-refundable deposit of $40 required at time of booking

Bond

A $400 bond is required for all social events and will be refunded on the next business day after the conclusion of the hire period. Any costs arising from breaches to the Room Hire Policy & Proceedure will be deducted from the bond before it is refunded.

The hall is perfect for community events and large gatherings.

A medium sized room suitable for meetings or training.

Room 4 (Craft Room)

A large room perfect for art and craft activities. 

Room 5 (Classroom)

A large sized room suitable for meetings or training. 

Room 6 (Classroom)

A medium sized room suitable for meetings or training.

Room 7 (Computer Room)

A medium sized room equipped with desks and laptops.
