F.I.T. (Fun Interval Training)

Seated Yoga
This 60 minute class is suitable for all and is especially designed for you if you still like to move and connect with your body but are finding it difficult to get up and down from the floor. Tai Chi

Participating in Zumba Gold at NRCH is a fun and friendly way to exercise. Those who participate are all enthusiastic, really enjoy the exercise (without too much stress and strain) and it puts a spring in your step along with a smile on your face. We all have fun whilst trying to use our left or right foot according to our instructor Suzanne, who is a delightful person. Everyone who attends is made to feel welcome and there are strong friendships made within the group with all included. There is an open invitation to all who attend the group to join together for coffee after class at once of the local cafes. Everyone misses Zumba Gold when there is a break – it’s a great class with a great group of people.
I can highly recommend the Strong People class, as it gives you a full body workout and there is never a boring moment in the class. A lot of workout but a lot of laughs as well and that is very important for your health. The class is very challenging as it gives you both physical and mental workout, so it’s very versatile and good for your brain as well. After attending the class for more than 15 years it tell something about how good the class is. The friendships I have built up are indescribable and everybody cares so much about each other.
I enjoy the lovely companionship at the North Ringwood Community House and trying new and different classes. I especially enjoy Chair Yoga classes with Nicola who, with her calm lyrical voice, provides clear guidance for us.
