Our Strength & Balance class is a low-impact, strength-focused workout using resistance bands to train muscle control, coordination, and flexibility. It’s accessible, portable, and adaptable for all fitness levels — from beginners to seasoned athletes.

You’ll engage key muscle groups including arms, legs, back, and core in a safe and structured workout that encourages functional movement and stability.

This class is designed for general movement and fitness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any health conditions. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program if you have any concerns
