Create more energy and a sense of lightness within your body.  Rise above chronic pain and fatigue to feel stronger and more balanced, finding easeful support for your joints.

Classes focus on balance exercises and feeling supported in our joints, whilst working on building strength and mobility to help move away from pain. Exercises are both mat based and standing.

You are required to complete an enrolment form and pay in full to secure your place, unless otherwise stated. See enrolment information for more details.
