Our Strength & Balance class is a strength-focused workout that uses resistance bands to build muscle, improve stability, and enhance flexibility. It’s accessible, portable, and effective for all fitness levels—ranging from beginners to seasoned athletes.. Working your arms, legs, back and core for a great workout.
